Sean Miller – Owner

Sean Miller holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising from Brooks Institute in Santa Barbara and is currently pursuing his MBA at Texas State University.  Sean has over eleven years’ experience handling business-to-business window and door sales for the residential and commercial new construction and remodeling markets.  After seven years as a sales representative he opened Martel Windows & Doors LLC in 2010.  The relationships he formed with builders, architects, and developers during this time have helped to grow Martel in to a preeminent supplier of the Austin building industry.  Aside from leading his colleagues and building vendor relationships, Sean works daily with current and prospective clients helping to guide them to the best window and door solutions to fit their project needs.  Beyond his daily responsibilities at Martel, Sean is an active member in the Austin Chapter of the Home Builders Association, National Association of the Remodeling Industry, and The American Institute of Architects.  With these organizations he regularly leads training sessions and gives presentations on topics such as code changes or new technology advances.

Christie Chisena - Sales Consultant-Manager (1)Christie Martelle Chisena – Sales Manager

Born and raised in San Antonio, Christie Chisena has spent the past eighteen years focused on Sales and Customer Service.  She studied Design at Arizona State University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Design.  Christie returned to her Texas roots following graduation, relocating to Austin where she could be close to family.  Once in Austin, Christie enjoyed a career as Lead Designer for an Austin-based custom cabinet company specializing in space saving living and storage solutions.  She worked with homeowners and builders to meet their specific needs through design, planning, and organization.  After many years enjoying that industry, Christie had the opportunity to step away from her career and start a family of her own welcoming a little boy into the world.  Christie joined Martel Windows & Doors in 2012 and now specializes in account management, client development, and leading the growing sales team.  Christie couldn’t be happier with her career at Martel which allows her to use her background in design, sales, and customer service to help clients select the best window and door solution for their home.

Landon Price – Operations Manager

Landon Price is a fourth generation Texan with over eleven years of experience in the window and door industry.  He possesses an expert working knowledge that is only gained through many years’ experience with a wide variety of window and door products.  Landon now applies his expertise to diagnosing and servicing Martel Windows & Doors’ broad offering.  Before learning building materials, Landon studied information technology, psychology, and criminology.  In his west Texas home town, he spent time in an array of industries ranging from machine shops to a television station.  Each position allowed him to build a unique skill set in problem solving that he takes with him in every aspect of his position at Martel.  As the Operations Manager, Landon is engaged with many aspects of the company.  He manages the product receiving and deliveries as well as coordinating three installation crews.  Landon’s personable nature and focus on communication serve Martel well by helping maintain a healthy and productive relationship with the company’s many vendors, suppliers, and clientele.

Lyndsey McAuliffe - Administrative Assistant (2)Lyndsey McAuliffe – Administrative Assistant

Lyndsey joined Martel Windows & Doors in the spring of 2014.  She brought with her over seven years of customer service in the hospitality industry and is currently pursuing a degree in business management.  This experience allowed Lyndsey to naturally transition into the role of Administrative Assistant.  Her position plays and integral role in Martel’s day-to-day operations.  In addition to reception, she performs a wide variety of functions including data processing, file maintenance, client communication, and general clerical duties.  Lyndsay enjoys developing new skills each day that allow her to grow with Martel.
